Well, a renowned law firm in Singapore had an in-house talent team that was experiencing trouble attracting Business Development professionals; after some discussion, it emerged the main reason was a deficiency of visible candidates in the market.
The Solution
We decided to commence a 3-week mapping exercise aimed at 12 specific competitor organizations.
Outcome
